  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled Who can resist crispy bacon?
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Use your favorite brand; homemade works too!
  • 2 cups cooked pasta Any shape you love; penne or rotini are my favorites.
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese, a blend of cheddar and mozzarella Provides gooey deliciousness.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets For a pop of color and nutrition; feel free to use frozen.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Warming and aromatic.
  • to taste pinch salt Essential seasoning.
  • to taste pinch pepper Essential seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Transfer the mixture to the dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top it off with the shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months. Make sure to let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the oven.
