Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
- Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Add half of the chicken mixture over the noodles and smother with more Alfredo sauce.
- Repeat the layers: noodles, chicken, Alfredo until all ingredients are used; finish with noodles and the remaining sauce.
- Top with the rest of the mozzarella and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream to your Alfredo sauce. You can customize the recipe with your favorite vegetables or a healthier twist with whole wheat noodles and low-fat cheeses.
