Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna
  • 9 pieces Lasagna Noodles Regular or no-boil noodles; gluten-free alternatives can be used.
  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken breast.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese Adds layers of flavor.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded, for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese For an umami flavor boost.
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or frozen, for added nutrients.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, enhances flavor.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
  2. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  3. Add half of the chicken mixture over the noodles and smother with more Alfredo sauce.
  4. Repeat the layers: noodles, chicken, Alfredo until all ingredients are used; finish with noodles and the remaining sauce.
  5. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream to your Alfredo sauce. You can customize the recipe with your favorite vegetables or a healthier twist with whole wheat noodles and low-fat cheeses.
