  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for a little heat

Preparation

  • Pat chicken slices dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and half the minced garlic. Let them sit for a minute to absorb the flavors.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices in a single layer and sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to low. Add the remaining garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make a silky, tangy sauce.

Assembly

  • Warm the wraps briefly in a dry skillet or microwave. Spread a spoonful of the garlic sauce down the center, layer with sliced chicken, roasted red peppers, baby spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Fold the sides and roll tightly. Return to the skillet seam-side down and toast 1–2 minutes per side until the cheese is melted and the wrap is golden.
  • Slice diagonally to reveal the stringy cheese and fragrant garlic steam. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, swap chicken for grilled portobello or roasted cauliflower. For a lower-carb version, use large lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps.
