Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Shape mixture into small patties — about the size of your slider buns.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, lightly grease the pan and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Transfer the patties to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, topping each with extra cheese if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Assembly

  • Place patties in slider buns and add any desired toppings before serving.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap each slider securely in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer-safe bag; they will keep for up to 2 months. When ready to enjoy, reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
