Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven warms, chop your chicken and garlic.
  • In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken to the pan and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic during the final minute of cooking.
  • Remove from heat and stir in half of your cheese.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each. Top with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of the remaining cheese before rolling them up tightly.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle any leftover cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the wraps are slightly crisp.
