Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
  • Fold in the frozen mixed vegetables and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese generously on top.

Baking

  • Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
