Preparation

  • Wash the selected fruits and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Add the chopped fruits and mini marshmallows, stirring gently.
  • Sprinkle in the graham cracker crumbs and fold into the salad.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, give the salad a light stir and sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top.

Notes

Add nuts or coconut flakes for unique flavors. Seasonal fruits can be swapped in. For themed occasions, consider adding food coloring for visual appeal.
