Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meat

  • 8 oz Elbow Macaroni Any pasta shape can work.
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Foundation of cheeseburger flavor.

Cheese and Dairy

  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded For a gooey, melty experience.
  • 1 cup Milk Adds creaminess.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Enhances richness.
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast For an extra cheesy flavor without dairy.

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Adds warmth.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder For a savory kick.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for flavor.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • In a large pot, cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Browning the Beef

  • In the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain the excess fat.

Combining Ingredients

  • Return the drained pasta to the pot and add the browned beef along with butter, milk, shredded cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stirring and Cooking

  • Mix everything well over low heat until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.

Serving the Dish

  • Serve warm in bowls, and garnish with extra cheese, if desired.

Notes

For variations, toss in veggies, spice it up with cayenne, or turn it into a bake by broiling with breadcrumbs on top.
