  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken A rotisserie chicken works great or you can boil chicken breasts for a homemade touch.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Choose your favorite brand or make your own from scratch.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing For a creamy contrast. Swap it out for blue cheese dressing for a more traditional flavor.
  • 1 package slider buns Use fresh, soft rolls that can hold all that delicious filling.
  • 2 tablespoons butter To brush on top for a golden finish.

  • sliced tomato Adds crunch and flavor.
  • pickles Adds tanginess and crunch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, mixing until well coated.
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns, then drizzle the ranch dressing across the top.
  • Place the top half of the buns on the sliders.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan and brush it generously over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden and toasty.
  • Remove from the oven and let them sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
