  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Leftover rotisserie chicken works great!
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz) For a lighter version, swap with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mild or sharp, your choice!
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Or blue cheese dressing for a bold flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce Adjust based on your spice tolerance.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions Optional, for a fresh crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and Buffalo wing sauce to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
  • Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
