Preparation

  • Preheat your Broiler: Set your oven to broil, ensuring the rack is about 5-6 inches from the heating element.
  • Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, then gently pry open and pull the meat slightly out, resting it on the shell.

Butter Mixture and Broiling

  • Make the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, melt the butter and whisk in minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Apply the Mixture: Generously brush the butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Broil: Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.

Serving

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh but can be transformed into a seafood pasta.
