  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For smokiness and color.
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice Brightens flavors.
  • Salt and Pepper Basic seasoning.
  • Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your broiler: Set your oven to broil on high and let it heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat up and away from the shell.
  • Make the butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until fragrant.
  • Brush the mixture: Generously brush the lobster meat with the buttery mixture.
  • Broil the lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 10-12 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
  • Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Tips: Add cayenne pepper for spice, try different herbs, or sprinkle with Parmesan. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
