Preparation

  • Begin by shredding the green cabbage and carrots. A sharp knife or a food processor works wonders for this task.

  • In a separate smaller bowl, mash together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, celery seeds, salt, and pepper. Whisk until creamy.

Notes
