Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
Purée all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor.
Pour the batter into a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips. Then transfer it into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
