  • 1 cup lettuce Crispy iceberg or romaine offers a refreshing crunch.
  • 1 medium tomato Freshly diced for added juiciness.
  • 1/2 cup pickles A must for that classic Big Mac taste.

For the Special Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Optional for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, finely chopped pickles, mustard, and a dash of garlic powder to prepare the special sauce.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef, stirring well to ensure it's evenly coated. Add a splash of water if the mixture seems too dry.

Assembly

  • Lay out the warm flour tortillas.
  • Spoon in the seasoned beef, top with shredded cheese, and add lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
