Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in your choice of seasoning such as onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the chips, then add a generous layer of cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top.
- Top with fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Notes
Add jalapeños for spice, or integrate corn and black olives for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
