Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and spinach until well combined.
  • Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound gently to an even thickness (about ½ inch thick).
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken rolls and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the stuffed chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden on the edges.
  • Allow to rest for five minutes before slicing.
