  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs (Bone-in or Boneless) Juicy and flavorful, ideal for air frying.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder Feel free to use fresh minced garlic for more intensity.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast can be a dairy-free alternative.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can use spray oil for a lighter option.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust according to your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs Mix of Oregano and Thyme, fresh herbs can be used.

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Toss the chicken thighs until well-coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or a skillet. Can freeze cooked chicken for up to three months.
