Preparation

  • Place the boneless chicken in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the chicken broth until well blended. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Spread the stuffing mix evenly on top of the chicken and soup mixture.
