  • 6 oz Egg Noodles Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup Can switch for cream of chicken or a homemade version.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Opt for dairy-free cheese if preferred.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until it’s cooked through.
  • Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, drained noodles, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir well to mix everything.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Generously sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place the dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition. For a spicy version, add diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
