Vegan Horchata

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

A delicious and refreshing beverage to enjoy anytime! (It’s that good)

Horchata is one of my favorite drinks! And making your own from scratch makes it all that much better.

Ingredients

Rice – the base of the drink.

Almonds – adds an earthy flavor and, of course, nuttiness.

Vanilla Extract – a staple ingredient in horchata.

Cinnamon – also a staple ingredient. Adds and enhances flavor.

This recipe is also very easy to make, but be sure to make it ahead to allow for soaking time of the rice and almonds, and chilling time. Making this drink with be 100% worth it!
