Gravy SO GOOD it will make you think “How is this vegan?”.

Ingredients
Yellow onion and garlic – to get the most out of this gravy I would recommend fresh onion and garlic rather than powder.
All-purpose flour – acts as a thickening agent.
Nutritional yeast – adds a nutty flavor.
Low sodium soy sauce – adds the perfect amount of saltiness and bold flavor.
Vegetable Broth – adds flavor and thins out the gravy.
Dried sage and thyme – are what really give this gravy that warm and earthy flavor. You can also use fresh sage and thyme instead, just be sure to double the measurement.

This gravy checks off in both savoriness and creaminess. It makes an excellent topper for a heaping pile of mashed potatoes, or mixed with some vegan sausage and poured over a couple of warm biscuits. Any way you use it, this gravy never disappoints!
