Tastes like tuna but isn’t! This is a super tasty and satisfying sandwich you’ll want to have for lunch all the time!
I have been making this sandwich as my lunch for years because it’s so yummy and easy to make.
I usually make the filling a day ahead so that all the flavors can meld and become even more tasty. And it really does taste like a tuna sandwich! Just without the fishiness.
This recipe yields two sandwiches, so you can enjoy one today and one tomorrow!
