No more store bought croutons! These homemade croutons are super easy and quick to make.

What kind of bread to use?
You can basically use any kind of bread you have sitting around in your kitchen, though I typically use sourdough. Whole wheat or multigrain breads are great healthy options.
Cooking Process
Since you are toasting the bread, it’s key to have the oven at a high temperature so you get that perfect crunch and golden color.
These croutons are great to use as toppings for your soups and salads, or to just enjoy as a snack. I also included some seasoning suggestions in the notes section of the recipe for different variations.
