3 tasty and easy overnight oat recipes for a ready to go breakfast!

Overnight oats is one of the best ways to have a satisfying and ready made breakfast. It’s super simple to prepare and requires ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.

Just mix all of the ingredients together, pop it in the fridge to leave overnight, and by morning you have breakfast ready to go!

The 3 Ways

Chocolate almond – high in protein and rich in flavor, which is why it goes great topped with sliced fresh strawberries.

Carrot cake – high in fiber and tastes like just like carrot cake!

Gingerbread – a classic holiday flavor, made with warm spices and molasses, turned into a delicious healthy breakfast.

If you don’t want to worry about making breakfast for the next few days, just make a big batch of whichever one of these recipes and you’ll be set!

Overnight Oats 3 Ways

Ingredients

Chocolate Almond

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • chopped almonds and strawberries as topping

Carrot Cake

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp finely shredded carrots
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • chopped walnuts and raisins as topping

Gingerbread

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp molasses
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • pinch of salt
  • chopped pecans and sliced banana as topping

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a jar or sealed container and chill overnight. Add toppings when ready to eat.
