Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 200 grams Dark Chocolate For a rich foundation.
  • 100 grams Milk Chocolate For a sweeter contrast.

Fillings

  • 1 cup Chopped nuts Choose your favorite type.
  • 1 cup Dried fruits Such as raisins or apricots.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter Or almond butter for a nutty twist.
  • 1 cup Whipped cream For a creamy filling.

Garnishes

  • to taste Cocoa powder Sprinkle on top before serving.
  • to taste Sprinkles Use to decorate the cups.
  • to taste Sea salt A pinch to enhance flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.
  • Spoon a layer of the melted dark chocolate into cupcake liners, making sure that the bottom and sides are well-coated.
  • Place the liners in the fridge for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Filling and Sealing

  • Prepare your chosen fillings while the chocolate sets. Get creative with nuts, whipped cream, or any other fillings you prefer.
  • Remove the liners from the fridge after 10 minutes and add your selected fillings into the center of each chocolate cup.
  • Melt the milk chocolate and pour a thin layer over the fillings to seal them in.
  • Chill the assembled cups in the fridge until the tops are firm, about another 10 minutes.

Serving

  • Carefully peel off the cupcake liners and serve your delightful Dubai Chocolate Cups!

Notes

For best results, enjoy within a few days. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
