Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 200 grams Dark chocolate Choose chocolate with at least 70% cocoa for a rich flavor.

Mix-Ins

  • 50 grams Nuts (Almonds or Pistachios) Chopped; adds crunch and nutrition.
  • 100 grams Dates Chopped for natural sweetness.
  • 30 grams Coconut flakes Add a tropical twist.

Binding Ingredient

  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Use to bind the ingredients and add sweetness.

Instructions
 

Melt Chocolate

  • In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate over low heat. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Prepare Molds

  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mix Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped nuts, dates, and coconut flakes. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Pour into Molds

  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least two hours or until hardened.

Cut and Serve

  • Once set, remove from the dish, cut into bars, and enjoy!

Notes

Chocolate bars can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze them, layering with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Let them thaw at room temperature for best texture.
