Preparation

  • Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until deeply golden brown and sweetly fragrant.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the onions have caramelized, let them cool slightly and then fold them into the cream mixture. Ensure everything is well combined.
