Why not level up your oatmeal with this pumpkin spice recipe? It’s made the same way as regular oatmeal just with a few added ingredients!


As toppings I used pomegranate seeds, roasted pepitas, and chopped pecans, but you can use any toppings you’d like!

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- ½ tbsp ground flax seed
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Bring the milk to a boil in a small pot. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring the heat down to medium. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with toppings. I used pomegranate seeds, roasted pepitas, and chopped pecans.
