Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This recipe will make those brussels sprouts taste amazing! Delicious and easy to make.

Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are nutrient dense and are especially high in fiber and vitamins K and C. The best cooking method for these greens is to roast them. This gets rid of the bitter flavor you would usually end up with if you were to steam or boil them.

Key Ingredients

Maple syrup and balsamic vinegar – the sweetness from the maple syrup and the acidity from the balsamic vinegar make for a perfect balance of flavor.

Serve as a side dish or eat as a healthy snack!
